Keystone Regional Leadership Conference
Keystone Regional Leadership Conferences are a high-quality, regional education experience focusing on chapter officer development, principled leadership and volunteer training. 2009 marked the final phase of Keystone's expansion as it now services all chapters of the Fraternity. Keystone received the Excellence in Educational Programming Award from the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors in December 2008.
Keystone Conference Essential Information
This summer, Beta Theta Pi is excited to offer two Keystone special tracks held in conjunction with the 183rd General Convention in Atlanta, Georgia, from August 4-7. These tracks will help chapters prepare for the fall 2022 term by focusing on education and recruitment. All chapters are required to send the vice presidents listed below.

VPs of Education: Excellence in Education
Facilitation techniques, curriculum management and assessment are critical tools for a vice president of member education. This Keystone track will help chapter educators better lead, manage, and assess educational sessions, and prep for transitioning this critical responsibility to their successor.
VPs of Recruitment: Relationship-Based Recruitment
Vice presidents of recruitment will better understand how to employ a relationship-based recruitment methodology to lead your chapters toward greater success in building and implementing an effective recruitment strategy that can be sustained year to year.
Cost:
$215 for each track, billed on the March 2022 chapter statement.
Lodging:
Lodging is included in the price of registration.
